1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, booking a service, or making a purchase from Cooking With Star LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services. 

2. Services Provided
Cooking With Star LLC offers luxury catering, private chef experiences, cooking classes, event décor, and related services. Services must be booked in advance and may be subject to availability, travel fees, and minimum guest count requirements.

3. Bookings & Payments    
• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your booking.     
• Final balances are due no later than 24 hours prior to your event unless otherwise stated in your invoice or contract.    
• Payments can be made via Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or through our online booking system.     
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services. 

4. Cancellations & Refunds    
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@cookingwithstar.com.     
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.     
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will be charged in full.     
• Rescheduling is allowed one time based on availability, with at least 7 day notice.

5. Client Responsibilities     
• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and accessible workspace for onsite chef services.     
• Cooking With Star LLC is not responsible for any delays due to client-provided equipment or venue issues.     
• Clients must notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability
Cooking With Star LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for personal property damage or injury occurring during a private event unless due to our direct negligence.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, images, recipes, logos, and designs on this site are the intellectual property of Cooking With Star LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy
By using this site, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information. Your data is collected only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
